HEALTH RISK ASSESSMENT SURVEY
Boca Regional’s Corporate Health & Wellness program offers local companies a way to positively impact the escalating cost of providing health benefits to their employees. The first step in the process is to conduct a comprehensive Health Risk Assessment Survey for your organization. Our Corporate Health & Wellness Specialist collaborates with your company on the best way to distribute the surveys and get maximum employee participation.
The results of the Health Risk Assessment Survey in aggregate will provide a predictive approach to claims expense management. The summary will be used to identify risks within your workforce. The survey will focus on areas most likely to identify employee health risks. This includes; modifiable behavior; emotional health, recommended screening and examination and health history.
Our Corporate Health & Wellness Specialist will plan, staff and organize health promotion and wellness events for your company. Health fairs which include screenings and other activities as defined on our health fair menu. Our Specialist will also consult on creating work environments that promote health and fitness, and will work with you to develop an occupational health program specifically for your company.
The comprehensive population health management program provides other tools to assist your company in creating a culture of health and wellness. Specifically, we will help to create policies, recognition and incentive programs, competitions, as well as offering a range of activities.
We will aggregate enrollment and cumulative participation across the workforce, and then provide an accounting of employee participation throughout the year and summarize results at year’s end. Examples of individual organization success include reducing healthcare costs, increasing productivity, decreasing absenteeism, improving employee engagement, reducing the use of healthcare benefits, fewer incidents of worker’s compensation and disability claims and using wellness as a recruiting and retention benefit.
Employers can also utilize the health risk assessment database to encourage participation in health promotion and prevention activities. For example, they can send health updates to groups of employees.
