The Go Pink Challenge is a community-based initiative to raise funds and awareness in the fight against breast cancer. Gifts to the Challenge help us conduct research and provide the latest technologies for the detection and diagnosis of breast cancer. The Challenge has made it possible for the Center for Breast Care to purchase cutting edge technology including: · 3-D Ultrasound Machine · Positron Emission Mammography (PEM) Scanner · The fully digital, handicapped accessible Kathryn Krickstein Pressel Mammovan This year, funds raised through the Challenge are dedicated to the purchase of Molecular Breast Imaging technology (MBI), which can help detect breast cancer at its earliest, molecular stages. Boca Raton Regional Hospital will be one of three sites in the nation to have this advanced technology. Your participation and support of the Go Pink Challenge will help us save lives.
