Support Group & Class Schedule
Tai Chi is a great low-impact, weight-bearing exercise that combines slow,
gentle postures and movements that contribute to your overall wellness.
It can improve your physical condition, muscle strength, coordination
and flexibility. Tai Chi can ease pain and stiffness and in some cases
can improve sleep.
This class will strengthen the body’s core, tone gluteals and thighs
and reduce stress and will be offered every Tuesday night for 90 minutes.
Time: 6:00pm - 7:30pm

WOMENHEART SUPPORT GROUP
The National Coalition for Women with Heart Disease and the Lynn Women’s
Health & Wellness Institute sponsors monthly support group meetings
for women living with heart disease. Meet other women living with heart
disease, learn about living with heart disease and get your questions
answered by heart health experts.

Yoga offers a mind and body workout that combines strengthening and stretching
poses with deep breathing, meditation and relaxation. Burn calories, tone
muscles and increase your flexibility in our new class ideal for new or
intermediate yoga students (Level I and Level II).
When: Every Wednesday and Friday
